We are very excited to share some new pictures with everyone. First of all we are excited to be Uncle and Auntie again .... this time to a Niece:) Scott (TJ's older brother) and his wife Lindsay had a beautiful baby girl on June 10 @ 9pm. Her name is Ava Claire, she was 6 lbs 9 oz and I think 21 inches long. We went to see her the night she was born and she was bright eyed the whole timek.
For a while now TJ has been looking at new cars, thinking about trading his jeep off since the miles were getting high and the gas mileage wasn't great. Well, it has been found. Last week we traded the Jeep in for Mercury Sable. Its a nice big sedan with lots of space in all the right places.
Kade also got a new car! Uncle TJ, Auntie Lisa and Uncle Davis couldn't wait until his actual birthday to give Kade his present so we brought it with us last wknd to when we went to visit. He just loves his new car:) He already has the hang of opening and closing the door, but his little feet only allow him to push himself backward. He'll get the hang of it soon I' m sure cause he is all over the place....soon will be walking.
The other pictures I have added are of our landscaping we just had done. It is crazy how different it makes the house look.
TJ's new job is going great. He is all finished with training and is enjoying it very much. He is playing sand volleyball on Thursday nights some times as a sub and plays in a bowling league on Wednesday nights. He even has his own bowling shoes! Now thats a serious bowler.
My manager asked me if I would be part of a dietary project this summer to help improve patient satisfaction when it comes to the meals. It starts July 6 and goes through August 28. For those 8 weeks I won't be working on the floor, just with the Patient Satisfaction team Monday through Friday 8-3:30. That will be quite a change for me since I am use to working three 12 hour shifts a week. Nice thing is I don't have to work any weekends!
